Now that we have access to the OLD Wildwood Recreation Center (directions in the Fields link), when we can’t have practice outside at Goshen using the normal FAIR weather schedule, we will automatically move indoors using the FOUL Weather schedule. This is a concentrated and compressed training schedule, one hour sessions and the times may be a little different, but it will allow us to train instead of cancelling. Due to space limitations, keeper training, speed/agility and Caperoos are cancelled if we are inside.

Also note that all U-11 through U18 boys and girls teams will have a speed and agility session with Performance Athletics staff once a week. This is a great opportunity to add another dimension to your athletic and soccer training. This session is in addition to your regular soccer training, but will not require a third night since your teams will already be there for soccer training. If you would rather go a third night instead of having one long night, you may mix in with one of the other sessions, just check with Nick Elisano to make sure he feels that ages are appropriate.
NOTE: This training is part of the CESC program and the players attendance at these sessions is expected just like the normal training session. It is not an "optional" offering.
